As you may (or may not) have noticed, my blog has changed a lot recently. Most noticeable being the design. I am no longer using the WordPress default theme. I opted for a theme with tabbed pages at the top for clearer navigation. I have also update my pages and introduced a whole new set of pages!

Thats right folks, today as an act of complete impulse, I brought www.aquilla429.co.uk.
It was magnificently impulsive of me, perhaps even a little stupid, but oh well. It’s purely cosmetic for me. I’m not going to be hosting my blog anywhere else, I don’t have the know how. I’m perfectly happy letting WordPress do all the ‘hard’ work for me. Even the default theme is lovely, what more could I want. As I said, this was a completely pointless and impulsive purchase, oh but it was cheap!
If you have my site bookmarked or on your blogroll, you may want to update your links. from what I can tell, the old address still works fine, but might be an idea to change your links anyway because I don’t know if it will stay that way.

So recently over the last couple of months, my doll group has changed quite a bit. I decided to sell Hideki and Bellamy, I was sad to see them go but I’m glad they have new homes with people who appreciate them more then I could. We also had a new addition in the form of Marya.
I’ve decided to make a page dedicated to the dolls that I currently own. I find it interesting knowing what dolls other people have, so I thought I’d put all mine together on one page too with some info about them.

New desk.
My old desk had reached the limit of its life. The coating had rubbed off, the keyboard tray was just about hanging in there and it was beginning to look tired. The time came where I needed a new desk, so I got one. A bargain at just 99p on ebay.
I can have lots of figures on this desk, its bigger and more space efficient then my last one and the trays work too. I think I would like to have a couple of my dolls on my new desk, but I would need to find them some stands first so they will be stable and safe from danger. Although there is a certain appeal to dolls sitting on top a dark book case.

I’ve finally gotten around to doing a photo shoot of my lovely Marya. She’s still called Marya, since she still only has her default dress set its kinda hard to see her as anything but Marya ^^;\ I’m still unemployed so I haven’t been able to spoil the dorries like I usually would.
I do love Marya, she’s probably my fave now, second only to my darling, Lilly. She’s probably the best present ever. Follow the jump for some proper (and long deserved) pic spammage.

or not. So yesterday it was patch day. Patch 3.1 was out and the buzz of new content flew through the air as adventurers frolicked and rushed to discover the secrets of Ulduar and participate in the Argen Tournaments.
Sadly for me, no such things happened. I spent all day crashing, freezing, getting constant error messages and being completly unable to do anything.
Speculation was it was because all the addons were now out of date however, disabling all addons had no positive effect. Removing them altogether had no positive effect. I ran the repair tool in the WOW folder and things improved a bit. But less then an hour later I was back to square one. Even my friends, Fiance and guildies can’t help me. So for now I guess I’m stuck.

So, obviously in the anime scene, K-On! is big news big news. It’s in our face everywhere we look and I must admit, I am among those who was instantly hooked. The artwork is adorable, the setting and story are good, characters are nice with good personalities and the show is gripping, even at the very first episode, but there’s something that is really cheesing me off.
I know by posting this, I probably stand to become instantly hated by my readers, but oh well…
Fate T Harlaown
I have been expecting this, after all you couldn’t have Nanoha without Fate right? Volks are releasing a Fate Dollfie Dream. Looks like she’s going to retail for the hefty price of 81,900yen, yeowch. Makes me glad I don’t want her! She will come with the outfit pictured, wig, eyes and even Bardiche. It is an impressive package.
I’m not sure what skin she is, but by the photos she looks more flesh toned then my two white skin dd, so maybe she’s Normal skin?
Rin Tohsaka
I’ve been a bit slow on the tail of Dollfie dream news lately, but I’m back and with goodies to share.
To go with Saber and Illya, Rin is added to the Fate DD lineup. She looks to retail for about 50,400yen and I think she looks normal skin. She will come with everything you see in the picture.
No doubt that she will be limited and released at a dollpa I guess (as usual) but will post more news as available.
