Konoe Konoka – Figure Review

Who has lovely legs.

Who has lovely legs.

Today for your viewing pleasure is Konoe Konoka, from the anime and manga Negima. I got this beauty back in 2007 but she has been discontinued for a long time since then. Produced by Konami and released March 2006. She is non scale and sits at about 17cm tall.

Overall she is good quality and she looks great on display.

The paint and shading details are subtle, but noticable and very nice, the sculpt is detailed and pretty and her expression is so happy, it makes me smile.

This is her best display angle in my opinion and the way I display her.

Doesnt that smile just kill you with cute.

I love the brick details on the floor and the shiny metal poles too.

Her pose looks very natural, she looks like shes waiting somewhere to meet up with Asuna.

Sadly, Asuna wont be comming as I dont have a figure of her. But Konokas smile never falters.

Her hands arent detailed at all and have no fingernails which is almost a shame.

The sculpting and shading on her hair is very nice. Simple but nice.

Shes too plain to display at this angle, but the details are still all there.

The creasing and folds on her shirt are very well done. I wonder when her skirt got scuffed like that?

The shoe laces are sculpted and painted really well. No blotchy edges at all.

In case you are wondering, the hat isnt a fixed part and it can be worn. It looks pretty cute.

But her hand looks odd without the hat and also has scruffy sculpting. Thats her only real flaw though XD.

Hope you enjoyed her, she’s one of my little gems.
