Shana Swimsuit – Figure Review

Love her eyes. Brown eyes I think are very underrated.

Shana here is one of the figures I got as a Christmas present. She is a lovely figure and a great addition to my collection. She is from the series Shakugan no Shana. This figure was produced by Kotobukiya in April 2007 is 1/6 scale and is discontinued most places now. I managed to find her on amazon for less then £15 though so I snapped her up.

Not seen the anime or know the character, but she is very cute, she has a very honest expression on her. Its a very sweet face and her details are very nicely painted. The sculpting is also great.

I dont really like the Melonpan, I thought this was a nice twist.

Although she looks best facing you, she looks nice at any angle.

I love the way her hair falls.

The detailing on the hair is lovely, it looks like an illustration come to life.

I'm not a foot fetish kinda girl, but her toes are very sweet and nicley done.

Her hands are nice too, although some more slight definition on the fingers would have been nice.

Very nice shapley legs.

Nice curves and flat tummy too.

Although she's not got curves everywhere...

I think many people would class her as dfc.

But with a cute face like that, I wouldn't say no if I were a guy.

I’ve seen some of Shakugan no Shana and have been meaning to watch it all. But I’ve got so much backed up….

She has got a lovely face, and its a great figure, over 7000 yen originally!! Thats like…. over £50 now.. would have been less when it came out obviously… but still under £15 is an uber-bargain concerning any figure.
I thinks this figure depicts Shana’s face wonderfully well, quite close to the anime.

Did you buy it from the seller actionfiguresuk? I’m thinking of buying it also if he ships to the United States and depending on the shipping cost.

Did the box come with the laser sticker? The figure looks very nice though, but I worry about good deals. x.x

I was tempted to get this Shana, but I was set on getting the 1/8 Shana, also from Kotobukiya. She’s the one holding a smaller melon pan in the school uniform. This one was cute as well though ^_^ What a great present! :D

I like what you did with the crab ^^ I think it suits her better than the Melon pan in this case.
